First COLA JET SET album, a collection of 12 classic guitar'n'drum pop rubies. Superbly produced by Guille Milkyway (LA CASA AZUL), main singer here in "Nuba". Born of some ashes of LOS FRESONES REBELDES (Spanish one hit wonders in 1997) they finally top their Pop Crusade with a solid and mature recording. COLA JET SET are a melting pot of the "B sound": BEATLES, BEACH BOYS, BIRDS, Brill Building, Brigitte Bardot, BLONDIE, you name it! Then add a little Soul touch Southern and Northern, and play all this with that New Wave fresh approach. Not much noticed when it came out in 2004, since their "comeback" in 2007 (playing all over Spain and at Liverpool's International Pop Overthrow) is almost sold out. LAST COPIES
