After the acclaimed 'Her Handwriting', on his second album as TBS Bob Wratten gets deeper in the subject which inspired that album: the breaking of his relationship with his former girlfriend and bandmate Annemari and the things they lived together, but now from a different, more mellow perspective. It is certainly difficult to believe how each new record by BEEF is another step forward (after so many of them...) in rock's evolution. When others try so hard (unsuccessfully) to be original, BEEF prove too well that they are the real masters and experiment with pop, ballads and even prog-rock, taking these concepts to the limit and giving them new charms for the curious ears.
